Does it matter if a secret is interesting? Or is it enough for it merely to be hidden? It’s pretty interesting finding something you didn’t know was there, even if it’s a ridiculous vapid nothing of a secret.

Which is a real load off me, because I’ve written a few thousand words and I’m having trouble coming up with anything even tangentially relevant to say now.

But if you’ve gotten this far, you’re in for the long haul, aren’t you? You’re committed to digging up nonsense. I would like to say it will be worth it. Or, failing that, I’d like to be able to say it definitely won’t be worth it, that you can stop now, it’s fine. I can’t– I can’t say what any of this will be worth to you. I wouldn’t dare to try.

Besides, if I told you… would you even believe me?

The frogs spring up bubbles on surface of scum-water, burst bubble into frog flecked gold wet green– multiply and infest until water is frog, frogwater flows anywhere salination is non-toxic. Frogpoison in the water supply, multiplying foreverously and shrinking infinitesimally until our blood is blood-flooded with frog-funk, infinitude of frog pumping through us driving us out to colonize the sea and it repeats as the man-frogs clone and multiplicate and fractify until the world is a mass of gooey frog-ape.
