After the end of the world, an angel awakens. What will she bring to the world that is trapped between death and rebirth?

Everending is an open-ended 2D platformer following the story of Eve, a divine creature of unknown provenance. In the unshaped space between lives she collects the tattered souls that are all that remains of humanity. Why does she do it? Where does she come from? No one is left to say, except for the birds who repeat stories they heard somewhere long ago, rumors that never quite became legends. Along the way she’ll meet monsters and sages, not-so-divine kings, long-lost family, demons and worshipers – and, perhaps, herself.

Everending is currently on long-term hiatus. I pursued this project for several years but had a difficult time making it come together, largely simply due to lack of experience on my part. I may be interested in reviving this project in the future, but I imagine the concept will change somewhat, since I’m using similar ideas already in my current project Bound City. In the meanwhile, because it was in development so long, I do have a significant amount of story, art, and music made in the development process, some of which I’m proud to showcase here.
